  • Classical author/participant registration: 400€ (include Gala dinner)
  • PhD student author/participant registration: 300€ (include Gala dinner)
  • Gala dinner additional participant or companion:  60€/person
  • Late author/participant registration : 500€ (include Gala dinner)
• Registration fees for VECoS 2025 are managed by a non-profit organization: Association IBTAKIROO www.ibtakiroo.org

  – Debit / Credit Card: Proceed directly through this online form managed by HelloAsso (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
  – Order Form (Bon de commande) or Bank Transfer:  (you must complete registration) and Contact us at registration@ibtakiroo.org to receive an official invoice and bank details (IBAN/RIB).
