Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format electronically, via the <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=vecos2026\">EasyChair<\/a> system using the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/computer\/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0&amp;token=prtst0416p\">Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)<\/a>\u00a0format and should not exceed 15 pages, including the reference list. The proceedings of the conference will be published in the Springer-Verlag\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\">Lecture Notes in Computer Science<\/a> series. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the conference and present the paper.
