• Early registration date October 10, 2024
• Registration fees:
  • Classical author/participant registration: 300€ (include Gala dinner)
  • PhD student author registration: 200€ (include Gala dinner)
  • Gala dinner additional participant or companion:  40€/person
  • To encourage the participation of local (African) research teams, a special lower registration fees (include Gala dinner) has been set for participants from African research institutes, You can pay directly in Tunisian dinars on the day of the conference. However, the registration form must be sent before the registration deadline. 
  • Late author/participant registration : 450€ (include Gala dinner)
• Registration fees for VECoS 2024 are managed by a non-profit organisation: Association IBTAKIROO www.ibtakiroo.org
